Inverse Polymer Design in Non-Reactive Adhesives Using Artificial Intelligence
You will receive an email with a link to the GoToWebinar form once your registration is processed.
Event Details
Overview:
This webinar will focus on the use of artificial intelligence in designing polymers through desired properties. The inverse design process will demonstrate the desired properties or performance as an output, and the required initial polymer properties as an input. This process will include a multiple ingredient stage (ex: formulations) and a final stage in application testing. The intended focus of the stages of polymer development will be in non-reactive adhesives. This means the nature of the polymer itself, or ingredients used, are all part of a non-reactive system. The presentation will be mostly graphical and less numerical/statistics based. It will show the benefits and capabilities of machine learning for the adhesives and sealants industry.
Objectives:
- Inverse design of polymer development; essentially developing the polymer from intended properties or performance
- The difference between a DOE and AI/Machine Learning
- Ingredient count and control in a hot melt adhesive
- Properties and performance optimization
- Predictive analysis of applications results
- Directionality of a project with low volume data
Who Should Attend:
This is an ideal webinar for professionals in all industries utilizing AI in synthesis, formulation, and application testing across the various markets. Manager, R&D chemists, members of TS&D teams and engineers will learn how to apply the AI tools for faster product development.
