POSITION: SENIOR R&D CHEMIST

Position

We are seeking a Senior R&D Chemist to join our fast-growing Electronics division, Epoxy Technology, Inc., based in Billerica, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

The Senior Chemist is responsible for the development and management of formulation projects, from conception to completion, to provide customers innovative solutions and speed to market support for the Electronics market, with an in-depth understanding of Epoxy, UV Cure, Hybrid Cure Systems, Urethane and/or Silicones.   

Education & Experience

• • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required, chemistry or chemical engineering preferred.
  • Experience formulating and reverse engineering epoxy products.
  • Thorough understanding of typical formulation, testing and product approval process
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as R&D, formulating or product development.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology platforms including MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook)
