Organization Overview
Hauschild SpeedMixer designs, develops and manufactures its German-made laboratory mixing technology which is mainly used for R&D, formulation, and QA/QC purposes and has been on the market since 1974.
The devices can be used for mixing, de-airing, milling and vacuum degassing for quantities from few grams up to 10kg.
The process itself is taking place bladeless by using centrifugal forces that work in a rotation/counter-rotation. This technology requires no further cleaning, thus saving time and money.
The Hauschild SpeedMixer® can be used to mix different fluids and pastes, pastes with powders, powders with powders and other fluids/powders combinations, also materials with different chemical and physical properties can be mixed. The range goes from resins, inks, paints, silicones, oils, gels, emulsions, creams, epoxies, powders to urethanes.
The latest generation, the SMART DAC, combines high-quality machinery with smart features such as temperature reading and control, variable counterrotation etc.
