Virginia Tech Online Training Program

Virginia Tech's Macromolecules and Interfaces Institute has developed a comprehensive series of online training modules that form an introductory-level course designed to train employees new to adhesive and sealant science. Funded in part by the ASC Education Foundation, this online education program enables students to view the lecture materials (available with audio and streaming video) at their office or home computers, at their own pace when their schedules permit.

Licenses can be purchased for individual course modules on a per person basis. License terms are three months for individual courses, six months for the entire program. Online registration via credit card payment is directly with IDDL (affiliated with Virginia Tech).

The Macromolecules and Interfaces Institute at Virginia Tech, is now accepting registrations for it's annual lecture-laboratory short course for those who produce or utilize adhesives and sealants.  The course is taught by Virginia Tech faculty.  Course Flyer.

Who should attend?  
Industrial chemists, mechanical engineers, materials scientists, materials engineers, chemical engineers. Advanced prior knowledge of the subjects is not assumed. Participants will be exposed to a wide range of practical information involving many combinations of materials. A B.S. degree or equivalent will be assumed.
